Productivity
Some belive that productivity has got to do with intelligence. Although it might be true to some extent, I tend to disagree with it as a general rule, because I have seen intelligent people to be less productive than their less intelligent counterparts.
Plannig seems to be one of the factors that affects productivity directly. When a person plans things ahead, he/she has a better idea on how and when the product gets ready. In addition, perseverence and working hard toward execution of the plan are as important as initial planning. A plan without execution is as worse as having no plans at all. A realistic plan should leave some room for adjustments on-the-go, because most initial plans need to be modified after progress reports. It takes extensive experience in planning to plan solid plans that do not require any adjustments.
